Through the front door of Belindas del Campanario and on the ground floor of the air conditioned property, you will feel the character and charm of a Spanish property but see a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave. There is the first of three bathrooms on this floor, which includes toilet, shower and sink. From the kitchen and through a brick archway there is a dining table and chairs and further still there is a lounge with television and fire. From the lounge and through the patio doors you will find a good sized garden with a terracotta tiled private patio area with a covered dining area for you to indulge in alfresco dining.
